| Description and identification | Perennial psammophile plant or semishrub. The stems are up to 40 cm high. Flowering July - September [Petrova, 2010] Covered with thick white down. Leaves oblong and toothed. Flowers packed into compund flowerheads. Flowerheads with no ray flowers, button-like, yellow and arranged in clusters [Genetic Heritage Ireland]. |
